Macomb County Circuit Court

All state felonies charged in Macomb County are prosecuted in the 16th Circuit Court in Macomb County. There are eight criminal judges all of whom, in my experience, are reasonable and fair. The Assistant Macomb county prosecuting attorneys have been very helpful in the past to resolve cases and are not as uptight as other counties. The court operates an adult drug court which has been helpful to resolve cases favorably along with getting clients the proper motivation to receive the assistance they need.

Macomb County juries have been good to me in my career. I think that I have won more acquittals in Macomb County than anywhere else.
