All blood tests to dertermine a driver’s blood alcohol level in the State of Michigan are tested in one place: The Michigan State Police Forensic Laboratory in Lansing. Recently, Barton Morris was one of a small group of DWI defense attorneys to have the opportunity to tour the facility with the lab director and supervisor. They showed us their entire lab were all blood is tested and alcohol and drugs. We also had the opportunity to question them about anything we wanted. It was a great educational experience.
